Refund policy
Refund and Returns Policy
QUNO Technology Limited supplies commercial technology products, audio visual equipment, accessories and related services to business, commercial, education, government and trade customers.
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through QUNO Technology Limited, including orders requested or arranged through our website, email, quote, pro forma invoice or invoice.
1. Business-to-business supply
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, QUNO supplies products and services for business, commercial, education, government, resale, trade or professional use.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, where goods or services are supplied for business purposes, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Change of mind returns
QUNO is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, order the wrong product, no longer require the product, or decide the product is not suitable after purchase.
Any change of mind return is at QUNO’s discretion and must be approved in writing before goods are returned.
Approved returns may be subject to:
- supplier approval
- inspection of the goods
- original, unopened and resalable packaging
- restocking fees
- return freight and handling costs
- deduction of any non-recoverable costs incurred by QUNO
Special order, indent, custom-configured, project-specific, clearance or non-stocked items are generally not returnable unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact QUNO as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- your order, quote or invoice number
- product model/SKU and serial number where available
- a description of the issue
- photos of the product, packaging and any visible damage
- any relevant troubleshooting details
QUNO may assess the product, arrange supplier or manufacturer assessment, or direct you to an authorised service process.
Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, credit, refund or another remedy agreed by QUNO and the customer.
4. Transit damage
Any visible freight or transit damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to QUNO as soon as possible.
Please retain all original packaging, cartons, labels and packing materials, as these may be required for freight claims, supplier assessment or warranty processing.
5. Warranty
Products supplied by QUNO may include manufacturer or supplier warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand, product type and intended use.
Warranty claims are subject to the relevant manufacturer or supplier warranty terms, including any exclusions, assessment requirements, repair processes or return authorisation requirements.
QUNO will assist customers with warranty processes where appropriate.
6. Return authorisation
Goods must not be returned to QUNO without prior written approval.
Where a return is approved, QUNO will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for ensuring goods are safely packaged for return.
Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.
7. Refunds and credits
Where a refund or credit is approved, QUNO will process it using a reasonable method based on the original transaction, invoice or account arrangement.
Refunds or credits may be reduced by any approved restocking fees, freight costs, handling charges or other non-recoverable costs.
